I could only rate delivery as a 3 because I've not yet received my items. However, I was told up-front that there would be a 30 day delay in receipt of my order. I am very impressed with their Customer Service. I sent a series of e-mails with questions about the item and each time I received a prompt (within hours) and complete reply to my question. I'm looking forward to receipt of my items in a couple of weeks.
